MySQL

Each domain you host on our servers is entitled to 1 MySQL database for use with either ASP or PHP driven pages. The database can be installed by clicking the mySQL link on the left of the control panel.

All you need to do is put your chosen password in the box as in Image 1 and hit submit. This installs the database, the results of which can be seen in Image 2 below.

You will note that the control panel will assign a database and username based on the domain name. You will also note that an example script is shown.

Please note that to connect to the database from a script on your website you must use the IP 192.168.14.188. If you are connecting externally using a MySQL GUI the IP you must use is 208.170.149.188
