Advanced Problem Handling

If at any time you have a problem with your hosting account then you can access the Advanced Problem Handling system by clicking the Problem? link in the Menu list of your control panel.

You will then access a screen similar to the one shown below.

Make the appropriate selection from the drop-down menu. There are 6 available choices: DNS, Database Access (ODBC), Frontpage, FTP, Web Access and Other.

Click Submit.

In the example shown in the images below FTP is selected.

In the example shown here, the next screen is the FTP Problem screen where the problem FTP account on your domain is selected from the drop-down menu. Any FTP accounts on your domain will be listed here.

Click Submit

The Advanced Problem Handling system then automatically checks the approriate areas of your account and will fix most issues for you there and then. In most cases Advanced Problem Handling will repair any problems without the need for you contact technical support.



If the problem is not resolved then you can access our online HelpDesk directly from your control panel and our support staff will investigate and fix the problem for you.
